Initiator

The organiser of the Game is Kuzama Trade Kft. (registered office: 1065 Budapest, Podmaniczky utca 21., tax number: 26576750-2-42), hereinafter referred to as: "Organiser", which is the subject of this prize draw (hereinafter: "Game") and is fully responsible for its implementation and supervision.

Description of the Game

Yamato Restaurant 2025 is hosting the Yamato Restaurant 2025 from 9 June to 1 September for 2×5 weeks. Festival of Eastern Flavoursduring which guests can take advantage of themed weekly offers. During the promotional period, guests can collect stamps from the "Eastern Flavours Passport" in a notebook. By collecting the right number of stamps, the player can enter the draw for the grand prize.

When choosing 2 combinations, the guest is entitled to a discount of 15%, while when choosing all combinations, the guest is entitled to a discount of 30%:

Conditions for participation in the Game

The game is open to persons over 18 years of age, with a valid Hungarian address, who are able to:

1. The Player minimum in three different thematic weeks visit Yamato Restaurant and take advantage of one of the current weekly specials.

    

2. At the time of consumption, the Player shall use the Eastern Flavours Passport in passport for 1 visit 1 seal per week, if consumption is based on the weekly offer.

    

3. The Player on the passport with three (or more) stamps takes a photo, and uploads it to the https://yamatorestaurant.hu/hu_hu/keleti-izek-fesztival/ by filling in the online form on our website.

    

4. The upload must take place by 2 September 2025.

    

5. They accept this policy and the terms and conditions of data processing.

    

WARNING: Post-stamping is not possible. The stamp can only be requested from the restaurant staff during the weekly consumption period, after the offer has been used.

The stamp can only be issued after the weekly themed offer has been consumed in full and the invoice has been paid. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue a stamp in the event of unclear consumption or suspected abuse.

Yamato restaurant staff are only entitled to issue the stamp after the actual consumption of the weekly offers included in the campaign, based on the weekly menu. No subsequent stamping or backdating is allowed. Passports must be brought by the guest in all cases.

On the uploaded passport photo, the Player is required to include his/her name or unique identifier (e.g. email address or date on a sheet of paper next to the photo) to prove its authenticity. Failure to do so may invalidate the entry.

Grand prize and prizes

Grand prize:

Annual Yamato Experience Card

A total of up to 20 winners (1 per winner) will be drawn for the grand prize and will be entitled to 10% discount on the entire current menu and drinks list of Yamato Table Grill & Sushi Restaurant for 1 year from the date of the draw.

• Content: 10% discount on the total amount of all restaurant consumption after the card is received. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

   

• Validity: 6 September 2025 - 6 September 2026

   

• Usage: only at Yamato Restaurant, by showing your discount card at the time of payment

   

• The discount is linked to an individual card.

   

• The card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   

• Piece number: maximum 20 persons will be drawn

The Grand Prize discount card can only be used by the winning person and is not transferable. The discount is valid once a week per guest and is only applicable for on-site consumption. Not valid for takeaway or delivery.

How the Game works

1. The Player is entitled to one stamp when eating at the restaurant and using the weekly Eastern Flavours offer.

    

2. Only one stamp per person per week. Restaurant staff will only seal the weekly offer after it has been consumed within the current week.

    

3. The number of seals collected entitles the Player to participate in the prize draw.

    

4. To be valid you must collect at least 3 stamps for different weekly offers.

    

5. The image of the stamped passport is uploaded by the Player to the https://yamatorestaurant.hu/hu_hu/keleti-izek-fesztival/  page by entering your personal data.

    

6. The draw will be a closed system, with winners selected at random from among the uploaders.

    

Social Media Activity - Extra #eletiastesfestival game

In the framework of the Game social media activity also available:

The Winner who shares a food photo or video taken during any week of the Festival of Eastern Flavours on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok on #eletic flavours festival hashtag and present it in the restaurant,  one time 10% discount coupon for your next consumption.

The discount coupon can only be transferred after the content has been published on the Player's own social media page. 

The discount coupon can be used once on your next consumption.

A Player may only use this option 1 time per campaign period (within the 2×5 weeks shown above).

• Usage: only at Yamato Restaurant, by showing your discount card at the time of payment

   

• The discount is linked to an individual card.

   

• The card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
• Period of validity of use: 01.09.2025.

Notification of winners and prize collection

Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided during registration no later than Until 10 September 2025.
Prizes are awarded exclusively in person at the Yamato Restaurant.
The receipt of the prize is subject to proof of identity and the presentation of the winning e-mail.

Excluded persons

They may not participate in the Game:

• The employees, workers and their close relatives of Kuzama Trade Kft. 8:1. § (1) paragraph 1. point 1)
•  its agents and subcontractors performing tasks in connection with the Game, as well as their close relatives, life partners and those who play a direct role in the realisation of the marketing objectives of the Game, and their close relatives, in accordance with the Civil Code. 685 § 685 b).

A Yamato Table Grill & Sushi Restaurantt Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/yamatotablegrill/ and Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/yamatotablegrill promotions are independent of Facebook / Instagram, Facebook / Instagram does not endorse or participate in them, and the games are run solely by the Promoter. We reserve the right to amend the Game Rules.

General provisions

If the Player does not comply with the conditions set out in the Rules for any reason, the Organiser may exclude the Player concerned from the Game. By submitting his/her e-mail address, the Player acknowledges that he/she has fully read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation set out in these Rules. If the Player does not accept or objects to any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Participation, the Player shall be disqualified from the Game.

The Rules of the Game, including the Terms and Conditions of Participation, will be published by the Promoter on the Game registration page. The Promoter shall ensure that the Rules are available as set out above on a permanent basis.

Player registrations are valid within the advertised submission period. Registrations submitted after the stated deadline are invalid. 

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude anyone from the game without giving any reason in the event of manipulation, irregular play, abuse or suspicion thereof.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Promoter in the Facebook/Instagram post or on one of the designated pages, the prize will be provided by the Promoter and all taxes, duties and expenses associated with the prize and the delivery of the prize will be paid by the Promoter. 

Players acknowledge that participation in the Game is voluntary.

The Winner agrees that the Promoter will publish his/her name, the fact of winning and the prize in a Facebook / Instagram post only in connection with the Game, in accordance with the relevant privacy policy and provisions.

The Promoter excludes its liability for any damages resulting from incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Players or suffered by the Players or any third party.

Data protection, privacy statement

The Organiser undertakes to ensure that all processing of data relating to its activities complies with the requirements set out in these Rules and in the applicable national legislation and European Union acts.

The Organiser shall treat the personal data provided by the Player confidentially, in full compliance with the applicable EU and Hungarian legislation and recommendations, and shall respect the Player's personal rights at all times. The Operator shall perform data management tasks in connection with the Game, while the Operator shall perform data processing tasks in the course of data management.

The Organiser shall take all possible measures to ensure the security of personal data; it shall treat the data it becomes aware of in the course of processing with the utmost care, in strict confidence, and in all ways permitted by applicable law to protect them from various risks, in particular: unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, transmission, disclosure to the public.

This privacy statement is in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular with regard to:

Ø Act CXII of 2011 - on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.);

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, amending Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and amending Directive 95/46/EC on the free movement of such data.

Participation in the Game and providing data is voluntary. Any personal data provided during the Game will be processed and processed by the Organiser on the basis of the authorisation given to the Players by providing their e-mail address, for the purpose of delivering the prize to the winner of the Game.

Please be informed that your personal data can only be processed lawfully if you consent. If you do not wish to provide or consent to the processing of your personal data, you may refuse to provide or consent by not participating in the Game or by not providing or entering your data into the system.

The Organizer informs the Players that the data management is based on the consent of the Player (Article 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011). The provision of data is voluntary, however, participation in the Game requires the provision of the data specified in these Rules.

The Promoter requires the personal data set out below, which is provided voluntarily by you as a participant in the Game.

The Organiser processes the data for the purposes of running the Game, registering the delivery of the prizes and publishing the names of the winners.

The organiser processes the following data: Player's full name, e-mail address

By participating in the Game, the Player simultaneously accepts the terms and conditions set out in this information.

In view of the foregoing, the user accepts and expressly declares that he/she consents to the processing of the personal data provided by the Operator and to the processing of his/her personal data.

The legal basis for processing (in addition to the above-mentioned section of the Infotv.): the data subject's voluntary consent, Article 6 (1) GDPR. Article 6(1)(B).

The Player may at any time modify or request the deletion of the data provided by the Organiser.

Players agree that the Organiser may verify the validity of the personal data provided by them, if necessary, on the basis of an identity card, prior to the delivery of the prize.

By providing their e-mail address, the Player(s) accept in all respects all the provisions of the Game Rules, and the Promoter guarantees that the data will be processed in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

Duration of data processing: the Organiser will process the data provided by the Player(s) during the Game until the end of the 2nd calendar month following the receipt of the Prize(s).

Players may request information about the processing of their data, the purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing, the names and addresses of any data processors and their activities in relation to the processing; and may request the rectification of their data and the erasure or blocking of their personal data. The Organiser will provide the information as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days. If the Player considers the processing of data to be offensive, he/she may object to the processing of such data, as well as initiate legal remedies in court and turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The Player undertakes to provide only his/her own details when filling in the form and that these details are accurate. The Player is responsible for the accuracy of the data. If the Player enters false data or provides data of another person, he/she shall be liable according to the applicable and civil, criminal and misdemeanour rules.

The organiser reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Game Rules and the Data Protection provisions shall be governed by Hungarian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.

Final provisions

• Participation in the Game is voluntary.

   

• By participating, the Player automatically accepts these Rules and the Privacy Policy.

   

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Rules if necessary for the proper conduct of the Game.

   

• The Game is independent of Facebook / Instagram / TikTok and is not endorsed or sponsored in any way.

   

• In the event of a dispute, Hungarian law and the jurisdiction of the Hungarian court shall prevail.
